I founded New Frontiers 16 years ago with a mission – to help people shine and organisations thrive by providing them with clarity in a fuzzy world. And that’s what we’ve been doing, with the privilege of working with many wonderful people in large and medium sized organisations around the world.

My Background

For the past 25 years I’ve worked with clients on their Business Transformation, Strategy Development, ISO: 27001 Information Security Management, Risk Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Marketing, Innovation, Business Development and Sales programmes and projects.

As a project and programme manager, with a breadth and depth of expertise across the following functions; marketing, sales, information technology, finance and HR combined with the ability to work across cultures and at all levels, I make things happen through and with people.

I make the technical aspects understandable to the business and the business imperatives appreciated by the technical.

I’ve extensive experience of working across industry sectors, company sizes, countries and cultures. My key capabilities lie in working with senior leadership teams and their employees, challenging, leading and supporting them to transform results by aligning their professional and personal priorities with the needs and expectations of the organisation.

I’m a Certified Lead Implementer for ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).

My professional qualifications include an MSc in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Business School and a BSc (Hons) from Kings College, University of London as well as a Diploma in Marketing.

I’m a Member of both the Chartered Institute of Marketing and of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

Projects that require additional or specialist support are staffed by our extensive network of team members.
