Our approach is simple and highly cost effective, consisting of the following steps;
- A two day kickoff workshop with all your business development and sales leaders where we cover the essentials of coaching including techniques, self-awareness and reflection and ensure that all your leaders understand how to coach their staff
- A series of one to one coaching sessions (generally lasting two hours) with each leader monthly for four months
- Monthly one-day workshops with the business development leadership team to share and learn from each person's experiences
- 360 feedback using our TrustBase business development behaviours coaching questionnaires at the start and end of the programme to measure change and progress
- Access to email and telephone support for each leader as required through the programme and beyond
