The CATS CIGAR. Simple effective value proposition development.
Are you struggling to develop propositions that;
- Excite your customers and prospects?
- Identify with your prospects needs?
- Provide you with an effective entry point into meaningful sales conversations?
- Put you in your prospects shoes, looking at the world through their eyes?
The CATS CIGAR may be the answer!
The CATS CIGAR is a powerful, simple and effective framework for creating value propositions that resonate with your customers and prospects.
Value propositions that;
- Articulate the real and present challenges that your customers and prospects face
- Use your customer's language
- Show customers and prospects that you can work alongside them, not just sell to them
A Value Proposition Framework.
The CATS CIGAR framework is a three-stage programme, designed to get you, your sales professionals, pre-sales support and marketing colleagues working collaboratively and viewing the world from your customer's perspective.
Stage 1 - Introducing the CATS CIGAR.
A one-day workshop that introduces the concept of the CATS CIGAR and provides your professionals with a template for creating value propositions using your customers and prospects language.
Stage 2 - Using the CATS CIGAR.
A further one-day workshop, held one to two months after the Introductory session, that builds on your professionals experience of using the CATS CIGAR framework in action. Perfect practice makes for perfect performance, so in this workshop your sales professionals will;
- Develop and improve their value propositions.
- Enhance their capacity for creating compelling propositions.
- Develop their trust-building skills.
Stage 3 - Embedding the CATS CIGAR in your Organisation.
This is all about management and leadership. Employees mimic (more or less) their leaders behaviour. So Stage 3 focuses on you and your leadership team. Through a series of team coaching sessions we ensure your leadership team shares their practical experiences of using the CATS CIGAR framework and each member learns to apply it in their daily work. As they become more accustomed to this, so their staff will follow.
