I'm a behavioural change agent, executive coach and business development mentor enabling people and organizations to reflect, to increase their self-awareness, to experiment and to be accountable for their actions. To become smarter at creating value.
My clients ask me to help them measurably increase the direct business value that individuals and teams make to corporate results, by developing innovative solutions to their tough problems and building team members' capabilities to execute on these solutions.
I challenge and support people to develop collaborative working relationships and mobilize their motivation, leading to great results for both their employers and themselves.
For me, it's all about the quality and nature of conversations. Conversations help or hinder successful change, programmes and projects. If we want to achieve organisational change we need to change our conversation.

Clients include; Alliance & Leicester, Bibby Distribution Limited, Lloyds TSB, Group 4 Securicor, Combined Insurance, Ordnance Survey, OLM Group, Wayside Audi, British Legion, Clearwater Technology, Al-Habtoor Group, Sun Microsystems, Star and Kyak Systems.
