We help them explore and reflect on their goals, objectives, background, history, assumptions, character, emotions, and their situation. Through this activity we help them explore, reach conclusions, decide and act.
We challenge
Unlike many coaches we work to be highly challenging and supportive at the same time. We are respectful of our client's situation and of working with them where they are, emotionally and rationally.
We draw on our extensive knowledge of coaching techniques and the psychological theories that underpin them to do our best for our client and their employer, but do not align ourselves to any particular technique or approach.
What's important is what works
We believe that we can best help our clients by bringing what seems most appropriate to their attention in the moment and doing so by applying whichever approach or technique may be helpful.

Clients bring issues of great personal and organisational sensitivity into their coaching sessions. The opportunity to explore these issues in confidence and to develop potential solutions in a safe environment is often of great value.
