The head of HR was concerned that sickness absence was on the increase and wanted to look at developing a programme that would change the culture and move the emphasis towards self-help and personal responsibility.
We developed and ran a series of Masterclass workshops on health and wellbeing as a prelude to developing and rolling out a wellbeing programme. We are currently discussing the possibilities of accrediting the programme with the Investors in People Health & Wellbeing Good Practice award.
