The fully customisable programme comprises of four linked phases;
- A session with each individual to explore their current communicating capabilities, their approach to influence and style of communication using the MBTI. Examples of effective and ineffective communications are identified
- A Strategic Influencing Plan Workshop during which people start to develop their individual plan for growing their communicating and influencing capabilities
- A workshop focused on developing skills in leading effective communications using MBTI techniques for building skills in rapport and influence
- Further coaching sessions with individuals to embed the skills into changed behaviours
